The Concept turned an under ground car park into a botanical art gallery showcasing the 10 internally sourced ingredients that make up the bombay gin recipe.
Once guests had moved through this experience the concept created 5 food and drink stalls from regions across the world. Each destination (Italy, Spain, China, Morocco and Saxony) where dressed to suit this region with appropriate adornment to reflect the culture.
